Welcome! My name is Angela. I am a wellness advocate and a mother of two amazing kiddos (my best work, for sure). I’m passionate about holistic wellness and work with a portfolio of brands that are tried and true. I love educating families on the importance of using cleaner, safer products to live a healthier life.

What stared out as a side gig has become a true passion. Education, advocacy work and most importantly, inspiring other women to follow their passion, earn additional income and make an impact. I look forward to getting to know each one of you. Thank you for joining!

One of my favorite quotes is - “Every journey begins with just a single step”. When I joined the direct sales industry 7 years ago, I set out doing something I never in my life imagined I would do. I never anticipated entering the weird (but oddly wonderful…IYKYK) world of direct sales - it was a path I never in my life imagined I would be on. But, I spent years dedicated to educating and advocating for cleaner safer beauty and personal care reform. It gave me financial opportunities, lifelong friendships, growth, fun, awards, trips, and even a cover shoot.
Through it all, there was a mission behind it - cleaner safer beauty into the hands of everyone. This mission is still every bit as important as it was in 2016 when I started on this journey. But a lot has changed, too. We made so much progress - 9 laws in 10 years. There are more clean brands than ever, and consumers are so much more AWARE.
I’m so proud of the work I did with that company and how far we have come. Over the past 7 years I’ve learned so much. I’ve learned that being healthy doesn’t mean dieting and fat is not bad for you. I’ve learned that the products you use to wash your clothes can make you sick and that everything in your body is connected. I’ve become passionate about overall holistic wellness and how I can heal and balance my body naturally.
My personal mission has become so much bigger than clean beauty. And they say timing is everything.
As part of this journey I’ve been on, I was introduced to CBD and hemp wellness products and they’ve improved the way I FEEL every day. More sleep, less anxious feelings, more calm, more focus, less pain, better digestion.
I also learned that similar to the beauty industry, the hemp wellness industry is totally unregulated and can be filled with pesticides, heavy metals, chemical extractions, are largely mislabeled, and more. Some countries even use it as a trash crop to help with pollution and then it’s sold to distributors and bottled up for our use (gross).
The more I learned the more clear it became that I wanted to help educate and clean up another industry! I’ve decided to partner with Green Compass as an advocate because it’s a family-owned farm based out of North Carolina that is only three years old. I’m excited to drive change in a new industry and help them grow this company, build their brand and lead a team of passionate and like-minded advocates.
